The Power of Slow
Today efficiency, speed and pushing through are often valued over patience, ease and slowing down. Our lives are so full and fast-paced that being still, moving slowly and trusting in the power of allowing things to unfold feels challenging and out of place. This 3-part series will explore several slower, subtler sides of yoga including: Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, as well as broader ideas and benefits of slowing down.
